A former classroom teacher of 22 years, Will is the author of six books, most recently "Freedom to Learn," as well as a blogger, podcaster, leadership coach, and serial entrepreneur. Last year, he co-founded The BIG Questions Institute (bigquestions.institute) with Homa Tavangar, which is committed to helping educators create a more equitable, just, and engaged world for all of our children.
