Will Richardson
BIG Questions Institute Co-founder
United States of America
Will has an international reputation as someone who effectively challenges traditional thinking about schools by offering a combined dose of common sense about learning and hard reality about how the world works today. Audiences in six continents and over 25 countries have heard his message that schools are in many ways not suited for the modern world, and that they need to engage in existential conversations right now if they are to maintain any relevance in the future. A former classroom teacher of 22 years, Will is the author of six books, most recently "Freedom to Learn," as well as a blogger, podcaster, leadership coach, and serial entrepreneur. Last year, he co-founded The BIG Questions Institute (bigquestions.institute) with Homa Tavangar, which is committed to helping educators create a more equitable, just, and engaged world for all of our children.
