Since Simon was 13 years old he has been fascinated by what makes people 'tick' and perform well. Studying psychology and economics was a great foundation and by the age of 29 he was running his own company and has since set up several companies with world class clients such as Virgin, Visa, and Cambridge University. Among  the most stimulating has been running Young Entrepreneur programmes and seeing them flourish

He discovered that many young people don't see themselves as leaders or entrepreneurs, and even when they do, the temptation is to look at those we admire do and do the same. That's a natural approach but it seldom works. Having worked with Richard Branson personally, Simon never saw him try to imitate anyone else; Richard is always true to himself. So how do we discover who we uniquely are and how we can build on that uniqueness to lead and create a wealth of ideas and enterprises?

The starting point is to discover our preferred ways of doing things by using C-me Colour Profiling. This practical tool created by Simon takes 7 minutes to complete and gives us a wealth of knowledge about ourselves. C-me is now one of those companies he created and which grew last year at 67% with clients such as BBC, Shell, BP, Coca Cola, Siemens plus many schools and universities. Find out how you can discover what makes you 'tick' by coming to Simon's introductory talk
