Silvia Breiburd is an educator and action researcher on generational theory with wide experience in primary and secondary teaching and managerial positions; teacher training and in-service professional development. She holds a degree in Law, a degree in Education and a Diploma in Applied Educational Leadership and Management. In addition, Silvia is co-founder of Argentina ASCD, board member for Argentina Tesol and currently lectures on Applied Educational Research and on Ethics and Deontology of the Teaching Profession. An international conference speaker, webinar designer and coach, Silvia has authored numerous articles and blog posts addressing all school stakeholders on how to adjust teaching and learning to the changing educational paradigm both in general education and TESOL programs. A passionate educator at The Global School and above all, a curious, ever-lasting learner, Silvia advocates generational-friendly sustainable leadership, teacher empowerment through action research and instructional coaching for enhanced professional development.
