Dr. Randa has a PhD in Education; English Language Curriculum and Instruction. She is a teacher educator with twenty years of experience in training pre-service teachers, schoolteachers and university instructors. She chaired TEFL Department at the College of Education. She has certificates in TAFL, Advanced Leadership and Management, and Life Coaching. She has an academic impact at the local, national and international levels in teaching, service and research. Her research interest is Learner Engagement, Generic Skills, Assessment for Learning, Textbook Analysis, Leadership, Learner Agency, Feedback and Creative-interactive Teaching Strategies. She taught an array of courses such as Curriculum, Educational Psychology, School/Classroom Management, Testing in EFL, Methods of Teaching, Short Stories, Children Literature, Pedagogical Grammar, Applied Linguistics, Contrastive and Error Analysis, and Advanced Listening and Speaking Skills.
