Joy is the co-founder of SplashLearn, which makes engaging learning experiences to nurture a generation of fearless learners. An engineering researcher at heart, Joy focuses on reimagining education for the 21st century for the next generation of learners. Joy currently oversees sales, institutional partnerships and actively works on the curriculum development and research at the company. Prior to SplashLearn, Joy co-founded Intinno (2008), an edtech SaaS company, which created a highly functional LMS and ERP platform for schools and colleges. He loves making charts and diagrams on the various whiteboards at the company, showing off his sketching and calligraphy skills.
