Anne Knock is an complexity strategist, on her way to completing a PhD and is passionate about the reimagining school culture, learning and design through empowering bottom-up or grassroots change. She commenced her working life as an elementary/primary school teacher and has had a successful career in executive leadership. Since 2010 Anne has led strategic change initiatives with principals, teachers, students and architects in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe, aligning the physical space with innovative pedagogy and culture. Her focus is on co-creating space and supporting strategies, so that the physical design and community aspirations can be successful and sustainable. Anne lives in Sydney Australia, not far from Bondi Beach and the beautiful Sydney Harbour.
