Following a successful career in Academia, Eddie pivoted to high school education to address the challenge of school disengagement, and the need for systemic change. Part of the Inventorium challenge was to see if it was possible to design a scaleable system that can be self-determined in terms of pace, place and content; and part of the challenge was what is needed to re-engage kids in their future once traditional school has switched them off. The Inventorium is a blue print for how these challenges can be addressed.
