Darren Buttle is the CEO and founder of Muzo. Muzo-Works design and manufacture modern, experiential, multi-functional, Indoor & Outdoor, furniture to positively impact Lives & Learning spaces. Muzo operates design, production & test facilities in the USA, UK & Asia.

A Brit, located in Chicago, Darren is the definition of entrepreneurial activity in educational, cultural and arts endeavours. He has parallel careers supporting the creative arts sector, whilst producing unique furniture for learning spaces.

Darren draws on his observations, research and experiences to examine the significant role that engaging, experiential, furniture can play in improving the well-being and performance of students and faculty. His work has been endorsed by the Royal Institute of British Architecture.

Darren's career background includes roles as a Furniture Designer, Producer, Songwriter and Broadcaster. His key phrase: "To Design education change we must Listen, Observe, Research, and Question”
