Andrew Nalani, EdM., is a fourth year PhD student in Applied Psychology at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. His research threads together theories and methods in organizational, developmental and community psychology to design and evaluate transformative programs that promote positive youth development. He graduated with a Master of Education degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and co-founded the
African Youth Leadership Experience to support life skills development for East-African youth. Andrew also leads evaluation and learning initiatives at Partners for Youth Empowerment (PYE),
