Amy McDonald, Katrina Telles, and Nicole Wells are Master Teachers with a combined teaching experience of 74 years. They have conducted workshops for teachers and primary schools on ways to create classroom and school-wide cultures that seamlessly integrate social-emotional development with academics. Additionally, their innovative teaching has caught the attention of the k-12 Civic Education Program Area at the Kettering Foundation and they have been working with educators from around the world for several years. Ms. McDonald and Ms. Telles are currently Fellows of the CMM Institute. They have previously taught Special Education and pre-k through 3rd grade students. They currently teach first- and second-grade students at Mountain Vista School in Oracle, Arizona. Ms. Wells is an education leader in the Louisiana Tangipahoa Parish. She has taught pre-k through second-grades. She currently teaches pre-K at Woodland Park School in Hammond, LA.
