How do we create change in the educational system?
Which competencies do I need on a personal level to be equipped for change?
How do I work with resistance - inside and outside?
At which point does a development get holistic and sustainable and which models do we have to understand the transformational process?
And how do we make a bigger movement out of it?


For the future of learning, holistic approaches are needed - it is not enough to just change methods and content, but a holistic change model is required, which takes into account inner and outer structures.

The lecture is about understanding the levels of change and identifying steps in the change process.

Education plays a key role in overcoming global challenges and it does not just need a different content in our systems, but also a totally different culture of learning.
That includes more participation and an attitude at eye level instead of concurrence.
We need teachers with a global consciousness to accompany this development.
From this perspective teacher training is an acupuncture point for social change.
