In Christopher’s talk, he will open
[RE]LEARN Festival with a provocation on the current state of education worldwide and why there is an urgent need for change to shift from a traditional model, which has existed unchanged for well over 100 years, towards a new learning paradigm.
In Christopher’s words,
“Students are currently being prepared for a world that doesn’t exist anymore. The pandemic has disrupted education systems everywhere. Now is the time to unleash a new lifelong learning paradigm for everyone. [RE]LEARN is the online festival where actionable learning innovation is shared and grown among movers and shakers that are positively changing education worldwide.’’Christopher will introduce the
Learnlife Hub; an emerging ecosystem where a new
Learning Paradigm is being lived out everyday by its learners. Christopher will discuss how Learnlife Hubs are exemplar communities which demonstrate and inspire change, and that every country or city around the world can open a Hub to influence neighbouring communities and government ministries. In doing so, this will build the ecosystem and momentum for change.
Christopher will prompt us to question; as a learner, where would you want to be?
