Craftogogy as the foundation for the entrepreneurial society

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The main goal is to explore the future possibilities of entrepreneurship studies and programs. Many new curricula describe the importance of closer collaboration with companies and different organisations. How do we see this happening? What could be the best solutions in our school and learning ecosystem? How do we support innovation and create innovative solutions to these questions?

The International Entrepreneurship Education (IEE) Program combines the best practices developed and tested by the project partner organisations (3) in Finland (Educraftor), Estonia (VitaTiim) and Denmark (IAmTrading/MillCamp Academy).

This workshop is based on different processes used in the IEE program so that the workshop participants get an experiential learning experience.

The process of this workshop is to experience, share, reflect and connect the dots.
1. Check-in, getting to know one another and answering "why am I here"
2. Teaming up according to participants' interests
3. Entering a design thinking and team learning process supported by the workshop leader
4. Challenges, finding the team's own one and defining it
5. Creating solutions and presenting those
6. Reflection and creating connections to the IEE Program and to the participants' own work(environments).

The participants will
- experience team learning and design thinking
- investigate ideas and create solutions that might offer a creative solution for entrepreneurship studies or programs in the future
- share the solutions and collect valuable feedback

We will use Zoom breakout rooms and shared Miro board. It is beneficial if the participants know how to use these digital tools, but it is not a necessity, since the process is team-based.

The main target group for this workshop are those educators, educational program designers and developers and educational leaders who are supporting young learners in finding their own way in life, and from one educational level to the next one.

Since the IEE is a new education with a new curriculum, also curriculum developers are highly welcomed to this workshop.
