Generational Decoding and Planning Made Easy

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Learning is learnable and so is generational decoding. This beginner workshop is designed to help attendees visibilize stakeholders’ generational filter or mindsets and overcome collective barriers or obstacles that may separate their teams from fulfilling their joint objectives successfully through generational forecasting.
Focus will be made on the emergent-generations of stakeholders (Gen Z teachers and Gen Y parents) raising an awareness to their shared perceptions, beliefs and expectations in a game-like simulation, identifying most common generational clashpoints (or sticking points) and providing two concrete tools for solving them (5 whys and the 5 steps approach)
Powerful story telling will help create a favorable learning climate and a feeling of progress, cohesion and coherence for the whole workshop. Along the session participants will have the chance of drawing a generational map, creating a generational forecast through the Zoom platform’s breakout rooms and designing a plan for their next generationally-friendly smart innovation goal.
