Whether it's the challenge of finding the right people, or even finding enough people, a common complaint amongst education leaders is this: "We're struggling to recruit."

But what if the answer to winning at the recruitment game had much less to do with salaries, packages and facilities? What if it had much more to do with finding self-awareness and communicating self-belief?

This interactive session aims to help schools and education initiatives to:
1) Frame their recruitment challenges (parents; pupils; staff; donors)
2) Find 'the gold' within what their organisation has to offer
3) Articulate a clear and compelling offering to their prospective audiences
