[RE]LEARN 2020 - The Learning Innovation Festival

In this collaborative session co hosted with Catalina Maldonado, we will be facilitating a guide to approach Love, empathy & kindness from different perspectives. The session will be divided in 4 parts:

1. Grounding: Introduction and sound bathing (10 min) and Physical connection game (5 min)
2. Sharing (15 min) We will share thoughts, feelings and actions that could strength our connection with love & kindness.
3. Collect (15 min) Through a digital collaborative platform all the participants will share one advice that he/she learned during the session from another person, the purpose of this session is to share information that anyone can start putting into practice. The power of Love is also related to the actions of giving and receiving and we will collect all shared wisdom in a pdf guide, co created by all (partipants + facilitators) during the workshop, a document that everyone can easily download afterwards!
