[RE]LEARN 2020 - The Learning Innovation Festival

Normally and understandable learning environments are designed and development from an Architectural standpoint. Lists of requirements are ticked off as per last time and often the questions regarding furniture and learning products are never asked.
We come from the perspective of products and furniture and wish to present ideas which can greatly influence the economics of the investments in furniture and the related results of any given investment.
Especially in the new digital world we see the need for balance and target use of both analogue and digital media. The focus is to ensure that products do not become barriers to users, and that their simplicity of use remains at the forefront.
The idea of designing “products of purpose” will enlighten participants to how the ease of use, lightness, mobility, and flexibility of products plays an essential role in the success of any given environment. Especially in changing users’ perception of how educational environments can be planned and structured and how aspects such as the look and feel of objects play an important role on education.
The aim is to provide a new perspective on how we can create healthy active learning areas while maintaining a balance in this new digital world.
