Bored or stressed, they are simply our students, are they?
We all come into the world with a natural curiosity and a motivation to learn, yet some lose those abilities as they grow older. And within our life journey some of us do not pay attention to several important points related to being ‘always motivated mode’.
Many traditional public schools do not offer much in terms of autonomy and do not allow students to learn at their own speed.
As teachers, educators, we want to be remembered as the ones who encouraged and pushed their students to reach new heights. How to do it?
Motivating students is complex but it is something that teachers can plan, act for, if each teacher is eager to engage students at the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive levels, it could increase the number of motivated students.
It is a well-known fact if our students are motivated, they learn better and retain more of what they learned.
We need to do the following simple stem-develop a passion for learning.
Nowadays among dozens of educational methodologies and tools there is a single innovation which calls Motivation.
