[RE]LEARN 2020 - The Learning Innovation Festival

I ´ll walk you through my 18 years of experience of being an entrepreneur educator running clubs in schools and helping kids succeed in English and having confidence in themselves. How we started in one kindergarten and during years we´ve created an ecosystem of English and personal development from small superheroes in kindergarten to big leaders in companies, summer camps and Sweet and Sweet and Chilli Saturdays in our house. I´ll talk about being banned from kindergartens after 18 years of working together and how teachers and directors must follow and are not able to lead because of inspections and government. I believe that the future for education is in creating and upgrading schools to clubs, bringing the leader´s wisdom to education, making education full of open questions and creating leaders, not followers. I´ll walk you through the SPINTO® system of leadership, and how can we use the know-how of mankind and twist it into education, clubs, and communities.
