After my session, the audience will be able to grasp the need for Africa to unlock its potential. They will hear how other non-resourced Africans can think innovatively and use what they have in their surroundings to address some of the simple problems they see in their societies. There's a lot of untapped potential that needs to be found, and I'm going to speak to my audience about the value of STEM. They will also recognize the need for skill-based volunteering to allow African youth to benefit from global professionals and university students to apply their skills to STEM.
