[RE]LEARN 2020 - The Learning Innovation Festival

In this session I will focus on Agape love, which explores compassion and kindness and how to connect with them as essential topics for social change. Over the last decade, the importance of 'love ' as being the catalyst for good, has been highlighted by scientists, spiritual/ wellness gurus, and activists and it's therefore something I deeply believe if practiced, can empower communities. I will enhance the golden rule of 'care about others, as if it was yourself' then I'll share daily practices that everyone can try at home, work or within any social community, in order to feel, think and act with LOVE as a tool & force for change. At the end of the session, we will put these tools into practice to see how we can relate to others through openness & empathy, leaving aside from our society the EGOsystems transforming them into strong ECOsystems.
