Let's take a look around. Lift our heads and take a look at trends in society and in organisations and the labour market and reflect on the future. Today I see a lot of needs not being met. I see a lot of fear and polarized debate, hate and judgement. I see hurt people hurting people.

But there is also something new emerging, something caring, compassionate, and conscious. Some call it the Teal paradigm, others talk about the concept of metamodernity. What we agree on is the importance of a rather fast and peaceful transition to this new paradigm, because the other path seems to end in walls being built, climate change not being dealt with and people suffering.

So, how can we, as innovators, entrepreneurs, schools or teachers impact the development of society towards the conscious and compassionate path? How can we be what we want to see?
I will talk about some of the conclusions I have drawn - which have become the corner stones of the nonprofit Teal School.

Through this I hope to inspire to further thoughts and ideas on how to design schools and learning experiences for a compassionate Teal world.
