En esta sesión se aprenden herramientas practicas para un buen vivir, entendiendo el concepto de In-fullness que es vivir plenamente en las cuatro dimensiones que abarcan el ser humano: cuerpo, mente, emoción y espíritu. En cada dimensión se dan herramientas practicas para vivenciar que significa llevar a la escuela caminos de plenitud.
In this session participants can learn how to have a good live, knowing the concept of In-fullness that is to live in plenitude taking care of the four dimensions of the human being, body, mind, emotion and spirit. On each session we give tools in order to have the experience about what does it mean to open paths of plenitude in our schools.
