Uncover the real purpose of your school

A workshop for school leaders, education entrepreneurs, education changemakers

Let's find and clearly articulate the real purpose of your school or learning experience by answering a series of questions, looking at examples and going through a process.

Clearly expressing your purpose, mission, goals is harder than you think for it to be meaningful. Kids "realising their full potential", kids to be "happy and productive citizens" won't cut it anymore. What is it really that you are trying to achieve, and how will you be true to this goal.

This workshop is suitable for existing schools just as much for new learning experiences. Ideally, a few people from the same organisation would join to go through the exercise, bringing in different perspectives.

Barna has led the development process for clarifying the Green School mission that helped unite a diverse community around a shared quest. His process has also helped his business become a market leader in its chosen field. Barna is not a marketing consultant, rather an entrepreneur who has seen what impact a well-thought-out mission statement can have on every aspect of an organisation. Changing education needs to start with being really clear about what we are trying to achieve - this workshop will help you do just that.
