Developing Emotional-Social Intelligence in youth.

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this VUCA world, our youth are challenged to have a deep sense of self, use their voice, show empathy and relational skills, understand their thinking and it's impact on their own and others' behaviour, and bound-forward from set-backs.

Now, more than ever, our youth need emotional-social intelligence development.

In the past, and with the best of intent, we have attempted to develop youth emotional-social intelligence with varying results.
We have applied a focus that is too narrow, or in piecemeal and unsystematic fashion.
Furthermore, we haven't been able to measure the impact of our efforts.
We have also worked in disconnected silos.

Throughout this workshop you will:
Gain an understanding of some of the ten emotional-social intelligence competencies we need to develop in our youth.
Understand how we can measure and coach emotional-social intelligence.
Gain an insight into how you might develop these competencies in a systematic, embedded manner.
