The swift and dramatic move to online learning in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic has left many teachers in a state of dismay and uncertainty: how can we best deliver education in this new environment? How can we engage our students in innovative and meaningful ways? How can we ensure that our students are learning? This session will discuss the opportunities of online learning and role of self-determined learning, while also presenting examples of how teachers can support development of self-determined learning in the online classroom.
