This interactive zoom workshop will walk participants through the process of building a purpose-driven and competency-based framework for education for their school.

Drawing on case studies from the hundreds of client and research project schools of the global network of a School for tomorrow. Dr Philip SA Cummins will step out how to work collaboratively with members of a school community to create a shared set of graduate outcomes, articulate learning objectives and behaviours, discuss how to embed these in teaching programs and meaningful assessment tasks, and ultimately measure the success of students, graduates and teachers.

Participants will share in learnings from around the world on how best to engage the professional community of inquiry and practice around evidence-based and research-driven practice to support the development and implementation of the educational framework, as well as how to encourage staff to warrant their practice along the way.

Experienced and enthusiastic teachers and leaders from school everywhere can befit from learning with each other about this proven and tested educational design process, and will emerge from this workshop with a blueprint for action, a global network of like-minded educators who are already engaged in similar work, and a deep appreciation of the centrality of a life of purpose in connecting vision with intention and means.
