Flipping Education Upside Down: How Flow helps you unlock your inner genius

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This speech and session will focus on discussing the ways by which tenets of flow theory and positive psychology can encourage learners and educators to be more creative and engaged. By discussing the importance of tapping into ones strengths, skills, weaknesses, and insecurities, this speech and workshop will encourage more innovation and outside the box thinking/ This is important because currently learners aren't being encouraged to own their own learning style and instead either fall short of expectations set by an institution, and aren't able to actually embody their genius. Participants will learn how to unlock their genius zone, how to improve their focus and confidence in learning environments, how this helps them lead more purposeful lives and how to encourage this as leaders themselves in communities.
