2. Psychological and cultural needs to support innovation – what helps us feel safe, confidence v courage. The importance of a team and outside support providing temporary systems
3. Exemplification of the above – purpose at REAL School – learning culture and partnership. Growing an approach
4. Mindset - turning from right wrong into why and what if? In systems where teachers are supposed to know what the answer is, alongside high stakes accountability of leaders and teachers, how do we learn to be excited by not knowing
5. Exemplification of the above - fear and control – a personal experience
6. Ecological Inspiration rather than industrial model – relationship, environment and their dynamic connection. Soil as a metaphor
