As the quote from Alvin Toffler identifies we are rarely prepared for what the future might bring, and it rarely plays out in the way ‘experts’ predict. We are about to enter a time of exponential change. So, what are the challenges and opportunities this might bring, and how might we navigate these to enable our learning communities to have a sense of confidence?

The session will explore the following key questions:
What might learning look like in the future?
• What are the key drivers influencing the velocity and shape of learning?
• What are the implications of such change and what can we do to prepare?
