Engaging Students, Parents, and Educators as Co-Designers in Educational Innovation.

Educational innovation is a tricky thing to get right. As a leader, it can be difficult to get buy-in from key stakeholders who will be your champions and support your vision for transformational change.

By involving a diverse range of representatives from the very beginning allows leaders to build a willing coalition of champions who co-design solutions and will be there for the entire journey - from problem identification and brainstorming, through to implementation and review.

By the end of this session, teachers and school leaders will understand why involving key stakeholders such as students and parents in the co-design of educational innovations leads to much better results. They will hear case studies and examples, and will take away practical, actionable steps to enable co-design processes within their own contexts.
